Traditional Meal – Fried Rice with Soy Sauce(II)

Ingredients

Today, I will tell you all about two way to cook fried rice with soy sauce.

  • Way one,

A big bowl of cold rice,

1 egg,

Appropriate amount of onion, ginger and garlic.

1 shallot,

3 teaspoons of soy sauce,

One spoonful of cooking wine,

One teaspoon of sugar,

Oyster Oil 1 teaspoon,

A little pepper,

2 teaspoons of corn oil,

1 teaspoon lard.

  • Way two,

200 grams of cold and white rice,

One egg,

A little shallot,

3 tablespoons soy sauce,

Shaojiu 1 teaspoon,

One teaspoon each of white sugar,

1 tbsp edible oil,

A little monosodium glutamate (Chicken essence) and a little pepper.check here

Direction

  1. Put soy sauce, cooking wine and sugar in a small bowl and stir well.
  2. Cut scallions, ginger and garlic into large slices, and cut scallions into small slices obliquely.
  3. Mix the seasoning in the cold rice and press the dough with a spoon.
  4. Put the raw eggs into the rice with soy sauce, then stir them evenly.
  5. mixing well again until the grains are dispersed, then put alongside for ready to cook.
  6. Heat the Saute Pan with corn oil and lard together.
  7. When the saute pan as enough hot and the lard is dissolved, add onion, ginger and garlic slices and stir-fry slowly over low heat.
  8. Stir-fry scallion slices and ginger slices until they are brown. Remove scallion, ginger and garlic residues.
  9. Put the rice then turn the fire as high heat, stir-fry quickly, notice: the rice sticks at the beginning.
  10. Stir-fry until the rice grains are distinct and there are grains bouncing in the pot.
  11. Add shallots, oyster oil and proper black pepper.
  12. Cool, the fried rice with soy sauce is cooked well. You may taste this savory meal now.
